Areas of Healing

Anxiety

Do you experience feelings of reactivity, anxiety, panic, or chronic stress? Have you been through trauma, constantly feel the need to be productive, or generally live in a state of worry? Anxiety coaching blends various techniques to regulate the nervous system, such as brainspotting, with lifestyle adjustments aimed at gradually reducing anxiety levels. By improving your nervous system's ability to handle stress and trauma, you can achieve a profound sense of calmness, with steady breathing, relaxed muscles, even emotions, and a clear mind. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, whether it involves processing trauma, learning self-regulating techniques, or enhancing self-compassion. The goal is to address triggers, adjust negative thought patterns, and build resilience in a safe and supportive environment.

Brainspotting for Trauma Processing or Personal Growth

Brainspotting offers a transformative experience by helping you shift negative patterns, access inner wisdom, and navigate intense emotions such as panic, fear, anger, grief, shame, and guilt. This approach allows for deep healing at a subconscious level without necessarily having to recount past experiences. You can expect relief, changes in behavior, and newfound insights as you work through different topics efficiently.

Reclaiming Your Self-Worth and Integrate Intergenerational Patterns

Reclaiming your sense of self-worth is the best gift you can give to yourself. Self-worth can profoundly impact your decision-making, interactions, and relationships. By addressing past experiences and changing limiting beliefs about yourself, you can rebuild confidence, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate self-compassion. The process aims to guide you towards embracing your inherent self-worth authentically and confidently.

Thriving as a HSP or Empath

If you identify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) or empath, understanding and embracing this trait can lead to a fulfilling and balanced life. By acknowledging the unique challenges and benefits associated with heightened sensitivity, you can develop strategies to create boundaries, prioritize self-care, and navigate the world in a way that aligns with your authentic self. Sessions focus on helping you shift from struggling with your sensitivity to thriving and maintaining balance while honoring your true nature.

How Brainspotting works

Brainspotting is a powerful modality that helps process and unravel stuck and unresolved issues. It can bring up feelings to express, sensations to release and sometimes memories to process. It often leads to powerful insights, revelations and new perspectives on old issues. Unlike traditional talk therapy, Brainspotting focuses on accessing and processing the subject at a deeper level, targeting specific areas of the brain where the root to the issue is stored.

During a Brainspotting session, I will help you identify your 'brainspots,' which are eye positions that correspond to areas of heightened emotional or physical activation. These spots are believed to be connected to the neural networks associated with past experiences and limiting beliefs.

By guiding you to these brainspots while engaging in mindful processing, Brainspotting facilitates direct access to the brain-body connection, allowing the individual to release stored trauma and negative emotions. This process is often accompanied by physical sensations and emotional releases as the body and mind work together to process and integrate the subject at hand.

Overall, Brainspotting provides a powerful avenue for healing, offering individuals the opportunity to move beyond their limiting beliefs and find greater emotional freedom and resilience in their lives.

"We but mirror the world. All the tendencies present in the outer world are to be found in the world of our body. If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. This is the divine mystery supreme. A wonderful thing it is and the source of our happiness. We need not wait to see what others do.”
